Job OverviewThe Warehouse Order Builder is responsible for the fulfillment of customer orders by retrieving and stacking specific product quantities as specified on the pick ticket or computer screen assigned to a pre‑determined conveyor and/or pallet. This involves traveling throughout the warehouse’s pick area, building stable pallet(s) of product, and meeting or exceeding safety, accuracy, and efficiency expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities- Retrieve and place quantities of cases of product onto a pre‑determined pallet as instructed by the pick ticket, ensuring safe and stable pallet construction while meeting company expectations for safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Transport pallets of stacked product to different areas of the warehouse using a powered industrial truck (PIT) or pallet jack in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping as assigned.
- Perform daily PIT checklist and alert warehouse management of any issues discovered.
- Correct mistakes identified by the checker regarding product or quantity.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
- Execute miscellaneous activities directed to support the efficient operation of a warehouse in a dynamic environment.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment while walking and repeatedly lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Lift up to 75 lbs.
- Collaborate effectively within a team.
- Coordinate and organize efficient warehouse processes.
- Adapt to changing role requirements across different work areas during the workday.
- Read and interpret instructions from a computer screen.
- Pay attention to detail and differentiate packages.
- Work in a noisy and non‑climate controlled environment (hot in summer, cold in winter).
- Be a self‑starter who takes initiative and seeks value‑add opportunities.
- Flexible with schedules and hours as business demands change.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Up to 12 months of relevant work experience.
- PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification:
Pallet Jack.

Non‑climate controlled warehouse environment.
