Location: Kendal, Cumbria Rate: 350 per day Duration: 4 Months Start Date: 24 August 2026
Freelance Electrical Site Manager RequiredWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager for a 4-month contract based in Kendal, Cumbria, overseeing electrical installation works within a large warehouse environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on site manager to join a live project and take responsibility for the safe and efficient delivery of electrical works.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day management of electrical installation activities on site
- Coordination and supervision of electrical subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to required quality standards
- Conducting site inspections and monitoring progress
- Managing health & safety compliance and site documentation
- Liaising with the client, project management team and other trades
- Attending site meetings and providing progress updates
- Managing RAMS, permits and site records
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on commercial or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations and site management procedures
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification
- ECS/CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to start on 24/08/2026
- Location: Kendal, Cumbria
- Rate: 350 per day
- Duration: 4 months
- Project: Electrical warehouse installation project
- Start Date: 24th August 2026
