Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Position Highlights- Independent patient panel
- Team‑based primary care model
- Support‑style APP role available for candidates not seeking a full panel
- 16–18 patients/day target
- EPIC with AI scribes
- Shared clinic call rotation; triage nurse takes first call, escalates to MDs if needed
- 1:14 days weekday call
- 1:12 weekend call
- 3+ years primary care experience
- Comfortable practicing independently
- Able to manage chronic and complex conditions
Starting salary ranges from $130K–$170K+ based on experience
RVU bonus opportunity available
$10K sign‑on bonus
$10K relocation assistance
Potential additional $20K locality differential for Mill City location
34 days PTO year one
CME allowance + licensure reimbursement
