Job Description
The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a premier healthcare organization in Stayton, OR, and we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Primary Care APPs (NPs/PAs) committed to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting positive health outcomes.

What You'll Do
In this role the NP/PA will provide comprehensive healthcare services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and chronic disease management to patients with a wide range of healthcare needs and conditions. The provider works collaboratively with physicians and the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat acute andchronic conditions
- Order, interpret, and reviewdiagnostic tests and imaging
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations
- Provide preventive care,screenings, and health education
- Manage chronic diseases and monitor patient outcomes
- Coordinate referrals and follow-upcare
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
- Current NP or PA license in thestate of Oregon
- Graduate degree from an accredited
NP or PA program - National certification as an NP orPA
- DEA registration (or eligibility)
- 3+ years of NP/PA experience,primary care experience preferred
- Current BLS & ACLScertifications
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills
- Experience with electronic healthrecords (EHR)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
