American Traveler is hiring a travel Nurse Manager for a Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit at a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) in Stayton, Oregon, requiring an active OR RN license and at least 2 years of experience.

• Labor & Delivery (LDRP) unit at a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) in an acute care setting,

• Salaried position with 40 hours per week,

• Day shift schedule,

• Uses Epic EMR,

Job Requirements

• Active Oregon (OR) RN license required; exception licensing may be available,

• BLS certification required,

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required,

• Nursing degree required; BSN not required,

• Experience in staff management, department standards, and performance improvement,

• Ability to perform bedside care and cover Charge RN responsibilities as needed,

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include managing L&D unit staff, maintaining department standards, and leading performance improvement initiatives,

• Must be able to step in for bedside care or serve as Charge RN when the situation requires,

• Any color scrubs are acceptable; must be clean and professional,

• No visible face tattoos during shift; natural hair colors required
