An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregon's scenic Willamette Valley is seeking a Cardiology NP or PA to join a growing outpatient cardiology program.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-focused team within a true community hospital model serving rural and underserved populations throughout the region.

• 100% outpatient cardiology
• No call responsibilities
• Flexible scheduling with 4‑day workweek option
• Join a lean, highly collaborative cardiology team:
  • 1 Cardiologist
  • 1 dedicated PA
• Strong APP autonomy with physician support
• AI scribe support + dedicated MA support (1:1 ratio)
• Focus on:
  • Cardiac follow‑ups
  • EKG interpretation
  • Surgical clearance evaluations
  • Chronic cardiovascular disease management

• Base salary starting around $135K+
• $135K - $182K+ based on experience
• $10K-$15K sign‑on bonus
• $10K relocation assistance
• 34 days PTO year one
• CME allowance + licensure reimbursement

• NP or PA certification required
• 1‑2+ years of Cardiology or Internal Medicine experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently in an outpatient setting
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Experience interpreting EKGs strongly preferred
