Family Practice​/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join a talented team just outside of Salem, OR.

Expect to care for a full spectrum of primary care concerns on a given day. You will see a panel of families and individuals with a whole range of conditions, from birth to acute concerns and chronic illness. Number of patients seen per day: EMR is EPIC. Scheduled shifts: 4 days per week with patients; 1 administrative day per week. Each clinic includes a medical assistant, behavioral health clinicians, and community health workers.

One year of primary care experience is required.
