Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

• 100% outpatient cardiology
• No call responsibilities
• Flexible scheduling with 4-day workweek option
• Lean, highly collaborative team: 1 cardiologist, 1 dedicated PA; strong APP autonomy with physician support; AI scribe and dedicated MA support (1:1 ratio)
• Focus on cardiac follow-ups, EKG interpretation, surgical clearance evaluations, chronic cardiovascular disease management

• Base salary starting around $135,000, up to $182,000 based on experience
• $10,000-$15,000 sign-on bonus
• $10,000 relocation assistance
• 34 days PTO in year one

• NP or PA certification required
• 1-2+ years of cardiology or internal medicine experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently in an outpatient setting
• Strong communication and patient-relationship skills
• Experience interpreting EKGs strongly preferred
