Join our team as a Relief Registered Nurse at Lancaster Family Health Center in Salem, OR! Our nurses serve as advocates, educators, and partners, delivering compassionate, holistic care that addresses the whole person. We operate a leading community health center with over 40 clinics across Washington and Oregon, offering services like medical, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, nutrition, and more, including mobile clinics and support for social needs.

• EPIC EMR system
• Hourly pay $41.66-$51.03 DOE, with higher rates for experienced candidates
• Additional bilingual pay based on hours worked

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments, documentation, and phone triage
• Support providers during procedures and treatments, including IVs and patient education
• Collaborate on care planning, referrals, and patient flow
• Maintain safety and quality standards in line with regulations

• Associate s Degree or higher in Nursing
• Active OR RN license; dual Washington/Oregon licensure required within 120 days
• 1+ year outpatient or clinical RN experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency preferred for differential pay
• BCLS within 90 days; ACLS/PALS preferred
