HVAC Lead Installer

Team of service experts who handle everything from small repairs of residential heating and cooling systems to large replacements of commercial equipment.

You will be a part of a team that installs both commercial and residential heat pumps, air conditioners, gas furnaces, and other basic heating and cooling equipment, including venting and ductwork.

• Independently install residential applications
• Keep company truck clean and inventory updated
• Lead and train installers new to the trade
• Properly complete paperwork
• Communicate effectively with fellow employees
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver s license to drive company vehicle
• At least five (5) years HVAC install experience that includes leading an apprentice
• Current EPA certification
• Preferred (Not Required):

• Employer conducts a drug test (includes testing for marijuana), a background check and DMV records check
• Service area is the Mid-Valley (Detroit to Salem, Woodburn to Corvallis)

• $30 to $40 hourly, depending on experience
• Typical schedule is Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, can vary depending on business need. Potentially Saturday if there is a business need
