DPI Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Demolition and Water Damage Restoration Technician to join our customer’s growing Restoration Team in Stayton, OR. This role involves responding to water damage emergencies, performing mitigation and cleanup services, and helping restore residential and commercial properties. Experience is preferred but training is available for the right candidate.

Duration:
Full time (Temp to hire.)
Starting Pay: $18.00/HR
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm assigned (36-40 hours per week)
Overtime opportunities available.
Responsibilities- Responding to water damage and flood emergencies
- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification
- Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers)
- Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.)
- Document job progress with photos and notes
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
- Be available for on-call or emergency response when required
- Demolition & Removal: Safely removing water-damaged materials (carpet, drywall, insulation) and other debris.
- Experience in water damage restoration or mitigation preferred
- IICRC certification (WRT, ASD) not required but preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. ( 50+ lbs. with assistance) and perform physical labor
- Comfortable working in emergency and fast-paced environments
