RESPONSIBILITIES
· Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming telephone, email, and in-person inquiries, responding appropriately or directing inquiries as required.
· Greet and welcome visitors to the campus, ensure visitor sign-in, issue visitor lanyards, and notify appropriate staff of guest arrivals.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of daily school activities and events through regular review of the school calendar and online bulletin boards.
· Process outgoing mail and courier transactions and assist with shipping and receiving activities, including package identification and notifications.
· Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail and manage items awaiting pickup, including lost and found.
· Receive items dropped off for students or staff and ensure appropriate handling and notification.
· Provide general administrative support to various departments, including the Headmaster’s Office, Development, Admissions, and Academics, as required.
· Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Completion of secondary school education.
· Post-secondary education in an administrative program is considered an asset.
· One to two years of administrative or reception experience.
· Strong knowledge of customer service principles and administrative best practices.
· Proficiency with standard desktop software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and general office equipment.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse community.
· Strong sense of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
