CWD is looking for a Corporate Assistant to join our exceptionally talented and collaborative team! This posting reflects an existing vacancy within our Niagara Falls location. Reporting to the Director of Customer & Team Member Experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive-level administrative and operational support while contributing to process improvement and cross‑functional initiatives across the organization.

This is a full‑time permanent role working 40 hours a week on site. Our hours of operation are 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities Process Support & Improvement
Assist in documenting, standardizing, and maintaining internal processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
Support cross‑functional initiatives by coordinating tasks, timelines, and follow‑ups.
Maintain a process update tracker to monitor improvements and implementation progress.
Ensure proper documentation and version control of corporate policies and procedures.
Assist with change management communications and track rollout progress.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the Director and CEO.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture action items, and track deliverables.
Assist in managing calendars, schedules, and key deadlines to support ongoing initiatives.
Support internal communications and corporate announcements.
Assist with data compilation, reporting, and presentation preparation.
Conduct online research to support project planning, process improvement initiatives, and business decisions.
Vendor Research & Communication
Conduct research on potential vendors and support the evaluation process.
Communicate with vendors as required to gather information and follow up on inquiries.
Create purchase orders and coordinate vendor payments.
Schedule and coordinate vendor meetings, demonstrations, and follow‑ups.
Other
Assist other departments on occasion with administrative or operational tasks to ensure seamless collaboration and workflow across the organization.
Coordinate and distribute surveys, compile responses, and assist with analysis to support team and company initiatives.
Undertake other duties as needed to support the company’s goals and priorities.
Qualifications Bachelors Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
3–5 years of experience in corporate administration, operations, vendor coordination, or project support.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Experience working with project management tools is considered an asset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Comfortable interacting professionally with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
What We Offer Our expected compensation range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000 annually. The salary you may receive will be determined based on the skills, experience, and qualifications you bring to the position, as well as how they align with the responsibilities and scope of the Corporate Assistant role. CWD evaluates compensation using a consistent and equitable framework to ensure fair and transparent pay practices across the organization.
