About the role
  • Proficiency with the German language (mandatory)
  • Maintain our roster of drivers in each city and ensure files are organized
  • Record data on each driver and ensure files are accurate, and an organizational system is in place
  • Follow up with applicants to collect information
  • Proactively address problems and come up with solutions
  • Track and update sheets required to be able to see the progress of day-to-day operations
  • Ensuring all licensing docs, background checks, insurance slips, driver licenses, and vehicle safeties are up-to-date and compliant
  • Collaborate with the team and provide administrative support as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

The pay range for this role is: 9,000 - 10,200 CAD per year (Remote (Philippines))
