Key Responsibilities:

• Manage resident inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

• Oversee facility operations, including safety checks and maintenance

• Handle bookkeeping, bank deposits, and monthly reconciliations

• Support the Board with meeting logistics and official minutes

• Update the community website and manage facility bookings

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Quick Books and basic bookkeeping

• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities

• Attention to detail in compliance with community bylaws

• Experience in facility and operational oversight
