The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing daily financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulations at Great Wolf Lodge. This managerial position requires strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. You will collaborate with operational leaders to enhance profitability and drive informed decision-making through detailed financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily financial and accounting operations at the lodge

• Prepare timely financial reports and key performance indicators

• Manage annual operating budget and financial forecasts

• Oversee cash control and internal audits

• Support payroll review and coordinate gratuity calculations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting

• 3-5 years of progressive finance experience in hospitality

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
