Position: Branch Management at PenFinancial Credit Union

In this role, you will support strategic branch operations and build lasting relationships within the community. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to drive successful initiatives, coach your team, and ensure high standards in lending and investment services. Your leadership will be key to fostering growth and compliance within the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and facility oversight

• Oversee adherence to risk management and compliance policies

• Conduct financial report analyses for operational improvements

• Build and maintain business referral networks

• Provide tailored financial advice and planning for members

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in finance or business discipline

• PFP or CFP designation mandatory

• Mutual Funds license under MFDA required

• Minimum of 5 years in banking with a reliable track record

• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
