Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial aspects of various projects and initiatives

• Collaborate on policy improvement recommendations

• Lead direct reports and oversee staff performance

• Translate financial information for diverse audiences

• Represent the department in committees and boards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

• 8+ years in budgeting and financial management

• Strong knowledge of Public Sector Accounting

• Experience in Ontario municipal processes

• CPA or equivalent credential a must
