We are currently looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team at Riverbend Inn in Niagara on the Lake.

Join Andrew Peller's newest property, the historic Riverbend Inn & Vineyard in Niagara on the Lake. A 17-acre parcel of land on the corner of John Street and Niagara River Parkway in Niagara on the Lake is the newest addition to the Andrew Peller Limited's family. The beautiful and historic Riverbend Inn. Dating back to 1809 the property has a story that is rooted in family and tradition.

It has evolved into the 21 room Georgian style-inn that has welcomed hundreds of guests a year since 2002.

Shifts can vary 3pm-11pm, 11am - 7pm and 7am-3pm and we are currently offering 2+ days per week.

  • Part time hours in winter, Thirty to Fourty hours during peak season if desired!*

What this teammate will be responsible for:
  • Front desk duties including check in/check out procedures with our guests
  • Answering phones in a professional manner
  • Taking reservation inquiries and checking availability
  • Taking messages and forwarding to appropriate departments
  • Dealing with guests in a professional service-oriented manner
  • Other duties as assigned
The experience, skills and knowledge this teammate will bring:
  • Basic computer skills including word and excel
  • Flexible availability including evenings and holidays
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
  • High attention to detail
