Your role is centered around exceptional service and guest satisfaction, handling reservations while actively promoting spa treatments and products. With attention to detail, you will ensure reception areas are pristine and that every guest receives warm, personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests professionally

• Handle scheduling for appointments and confirmations

• Process transactions and retail purchases

• Provide insight on treatments and spa amenities

• Maintain cleanliness in reception and lounge areas

Requirements:

• Background in luxury hospitality or guest services preferred

• Outstanding organizational and communication skills
