Guest Service Manager Queen's Landing

Lead exceptional guest service at Queen's Landing while supervising teams, coordinating rooms, and supporting front office operations for hotel guests.

Vintage Hotels & Niagara’s Finest Hotels seeks a Guest Service Manager for an existing vacancy within Lais Hotel Properties Limited. You will assist the Front Office Manager with daily administrative and operational activities for guest services, including check-in and check-out. The position includes team scheduling, training, coaching, sales goals, and coordination with housekeeping, engineering, reservations, and other departments.

• Provide personalized, exceptional guest service
• Supervise, schedule, train, and coach Team Members
• Coordinate room availability with reservations and departments
• Process payments, cash reports, and occupancy reports
• Assist with guest complaints and appropriate follow-up

• Grade 12 education with hospitality training preferred
• Minimum five years as a Guest Service Agent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous up-selling or sales experience considered an asset
• Ability to stand for extended periods
