Ellis Don carved out a new national construction group in 2021 with a focus on the construction of technical buildings such as Laboratories, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facilities and Data Centers. We have completed over $2.5B in Data Centre projects and $16B in Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical buildings, we are strategically focused on the increased activity in these technical buildings post pandemic. Within a year of inception, we have a successful backlog of over $500M and have secured projects across Canada.
This is an incredible opportunity to be a Senior Project Manager for this new national construction group at Ellis Don.
You as a Electrical Project Manager, Life Sciences and Technology will:
Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion including design, coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the SuperintendentPrepare regular, timely and accurate billings for Owners, and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings.Meet with Owners, Architects and other Stakeholders in a professional manner and have the ability to communicate effectively both the concerns and best interests of the companyMonitor, interpret and forecast a project’s cost reports ensuring they are in line with the estimate and maintain a positive cash flowSubmit project reports to Area Manager and communicate with management about project progress and areas of risk that need to be escalatedIs this the right role for you?
