Position Summary
We’re excited to share a leadership opportunity for a Pharmacy Manager to oversee our St. Catharine's location. At Care Rx, we are united by our mission to enhance the health and well-being of Canadians with unique and complex medication needs.
The Pharmacy Manager is accountable for ensuring compliance with all applicable OCP standards, as well as provincial and federal regulations governing the practice of pharmacy. In this role, you will oversee team scheduling, new hire training, and adherence to operational processes that drive the achievement of team goals. As a leader, the Pharmacy Manager models and reinforces Care Rx’s Mission, Vision, and Values, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.

Managing weekly prescription batch schedules Optimizing use of robotic and optical verification technologies Using analytics and metrics to improve efficiency Investigating production, correction, or verification incidents
