Overview

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company, proud of our brand, and you represent our values by bringing your real self to work each day.

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, maintaining a friends’- first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fitting options personalized to their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Adapt to any zone – sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, or stockroom – as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Support your team, demonstrating teamwork and a willingness to help get the job done.
• Act with integrity, following AEO’s policies and procedures.

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-pace environment.
• Available during guest shopping times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.
