Hour Passion is a concept store by Swatch Group, specializing in the sale of jewelry and watches of different brands. Swatch Group unites, among other companies, the following watch brands under its Prestige division:
Breguet, Blancpain, Glashütte Original and Jaquet Droz.

As an Hour Passion Sales Associate you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets. You will act as a Ambassador while embodying core competencies:
Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Build Effective Teams and Relationships, Creativity and Problem‑Solving, and Humility and Integrity. The starting base pay is $18.50 per hour plus a monthly performance bonus.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude while achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adherence to operation policies and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining store visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Uphold workplace safety standards and compliance requirements.

Part‑Time: up to 29 hours per week, available for open shifts, holidays and blackout dates, and may be required to work more than 29 hours per week.

Full‑Time: 35–40 hours per week, available for open shifts, holidays and blackout dates, and may be required to work more than 40 hours per week.

Work involves moderate physical effort, significant walking and standing, lifting, pushing, pulling and holding of objects up to 35 lbs and above with support, and focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.

• Availability to work opening and closing shifts; flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑starter who works well both independently and in team environments.
• Clear, concise, and understandable communication.
• Results oriented with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Passion for sales and working in a fast‑paced environment.

• At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
• Experience working with POS systems.
