You will assist the Director of Sales in preparing proposals, maintaining client information, and coordinating internal communications. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate incoming sales inquiries with timely responses

• Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales documents

• Maintain accurate booking and client information

• Track proposals and key deadlines for smooth sales processes

• Support scheduling for meetings and client visits

Requirements:

• 1-3+ years in a sales coordinator or hospitality role

• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Professional communication skills in written and verbal form

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
