General Labourer

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Laborers will work in a dynamic environment where teamwork and communication are essential.

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of work areas, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Operate hand tools and power tools as directed, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as needed, including cleaning equipment and facilities.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• A commitment to following safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Pay: $18.00-$21.36 per hour
