In this full-time, permanent role, you will work directly with affected areas, using cutting-edge drying equipment and performing necessary renovations. Your empathy during stressful situations is crucial as you help clients regain a sense of normalcy. To excel, previous experience in water damage restoration is essential, along with a valid IICRC certification and a safety-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform demolition of damaged structures and materials

• Set up and monitor drying equipment effectively

• Clean and restore areas affected by water

• Complete restoration tasks promptly

• Support emergency mitigation efforts as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Water Damage Technician

• Valid IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician Certification

• Good mechanical aptitude and demolition experience

• Physical fitness for heavy lifting and tight spaces

• Effective English communication skills
