This full-time role demands a skilled Carpenter leader with 3-5 years of experience in general carpentry. Your expertise will encompass preparing layouts, building decks, and supervising other employees. You must be capable of operating tools safely and managing project timelines efficiently, all while fostering teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare jobsite and layouts before starting projects

• Build structures, including decks and fences

• Schedule and coordinate work on-site effectively

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and necessary equipment

• Supervise crew and complete daily paperwork

Requirements:

• High school diploma and technical training completion

• 3-5 years of carpentry experience required

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Strong time management and communication skills

• Must lift at least 50 lbs. regularly throughout the day
