Rich Products Maintenance Millwright Role

Location: Fort Erie

Become a vital part of Rich Products as a Maintenance Millwright. Your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems will drive operational excellence in the plant.

In this role, you will leverage your Industrial Millwright (Mechanic) 433a certification by ensuring optimal functionality of all equipment. Proficiency in diagnosing issues and training fellow Associates will establish a culture of safety and efficiency. You’ll employ your mechanical knowledge and utilize various tools while working with a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical and electronic maintenance failures

• Use assembly drawings and manuals to optimize equipment

• Train new Associates in maintenance operations

• Maintain compliance with GMP and Safety guidelines

• Operate SCADA systems efficiently

Requirements:

• Must possess Industrial Millwright (Mechanic) 433a certification

• High School diploma or GED required

• 3-5 years experience in a food processing environment preferred

• Strong communication and training skills

• General mechanical and electrical knowledge required
