Experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Role

Location: Fort Erie

Join the team at Airbus Helicopters Canada in Fort Erie, ON, as a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. Engage in complex aircraft assembly and conduct essential inspections.

In this permanent position, you will assemble aircraft to high safety and quality standards, including the installation of options and functional testing. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining both company and client-owned aircraft while mentoring junior engineers. Participate actively in ensuring compliance with Transport Canada and internal standards, fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform aircraft installations and inspections

• Conduct thorough functional and performance tests

• Document and rectify findings during assembly

• Mentor and guide Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Apprentices

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Must have a Transport Canada approved AME program

• Hold a current TCCA AME License

• At least 3 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience

• Familiarity with Airbus aircraft is preferred

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
