Location: Niagara Falls
Royal York Property Management is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to service residential properties across Ontario and beyond. The role involves diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC equipment while traveling between appointments in your own vehicle.
Technicians work independently using a mobile work app to manage orders, document findings, and update job statuses. A minimum of 3 years of experience and current HVAC licenses are required, along with your own tools,
