Position: Industrial Millwright at Rich Products

Join Rich Products as an Industrial Millwright, ensuring efficient plant equipment operations and performing vital repairs. This role combines mechanical, electrical, and electronic maintenance skills in a collaborative environment.

As an Industrial Millwright (Mechanic), you will control plant equipment by conducting repairs and preventive maintenance. This position requires Industrial Millwright 433a certification and a keen ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues. You’ll utilize assembly drawings and electrical principles while training new team members on essential maintenance skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance failures efficiently

• Utilize assembly drawings and manuals for equipment tuning

• Operate Rich’s SCADA system and maintain documentation

• Train associates in maintenance operations and troubleshooting

• Maintain a safe work area per GMP and safety standards

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required

• Industrial Millwright 433a certification necessary

• 3-5 years of food processing equipment experience preferred

• Proficient in electrical and mechanical principles

• Strong communication skills for team training
