As a Senior Technical Lead, you will operate advanced equipment in event settings, ensuring smooth execution from setup to breakdown. Collaborating with internal teams and clients, your goal is to surpass customer expectations through effective communication and technical proficiency. This role is central in cultivating technical skills within the team while supervising operations during live events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate advanced audiovisual equipment effortlessly

• Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during events

• Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication

• Train and mentor team members on technical skills

• Supervise technicians to ensure event success

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• 2+ years of field experience required

• 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred

• Technical 1-Star Certification required within 60 days

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate company vehicles
