Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise setup and breakdown of audiovisual equipment

• Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently as they arise

• Organize daily workflow of technicians and equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance on technical equipment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• 3-5 years in customer service or hospitality

• 3-5 years of audiovisual experience required

• Must meet Technical 1-Star Certification requirements

• Valid driver's license for roles operating company vehicles
