Front Desk Receptionist - Helm Eye Center

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate has medical or customer service experience and excellent communication and computer skills.

• Greet and welcome patients as they arrive
• Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Manage all appointment scheduling
• Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

• Handle inquiries and provide information about services offered
• Ensure all client information is handled confidentially and in accordance with company policies
