You will transcribe orders, document care, arrange admissions/discharges, and ensure smooth communication among residents, families, and staff while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high service standards.
This is a non-exempt, on-site role with weekend/evening coverage as needed, requiring a high school diploma and LTC
