Pay: $33.61 - $52.10 / hour (pay dependent on applicant's relevant experience). This position is onsite only, no hybrid or remote option

Provides direct patient care in a medical/physician office setting using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides appropriate patient/family education respecting age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Delegates patient care to ancillary personnel effectively.
• May precept student nurses and new hires.
• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgement, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must work in a fast‑paced environment and take appropriate action.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
• Graduate of an accredited or state‑board‑approved nursing program if
