Position: Hotel Server - Summer 2026 Seasonal - Full Time

*** POSITION SUMMARY
** Benefitted position available for a skilled server! Applicants are expected to have at least one (1) full year of serving experience; those with fine dining and current Colorado approved Alcohol Server Training.

**** ESSENTIAL DUTIES
*** Set tables, stock service stations with supplies, beverages and condiments
* Take orders for food and/or beverages and serve to customers
* Clean, refresh and straighten service station and other work areas
* Work in a very busy, fast paced environment
* Handle both ala carte and buffet dining options simultaneously
* Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times.
* Follow the Resort Etiquette Guidelines while interacting with the guest and respond to all guests in a courteous efficient manner
* Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements.
* Other duties as assigned
** REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
*** 2 years of previous work history/education required
* Must have at least one year of serving experience
* One-year fine dining serving experience, preferred
* Adhere to all safety policies
* Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with SSRC’s Service Excellence standards
* Must have Colorado approved Alcohol Server Training certificate or must attend a Colorado approved alcohol server training educational seminar within 30 days of employment
* Must have current Food Handler and Allergy training certificate, or must attend Food Handler and Aller-train certification courses for Alterra Mountain company within 14 days of employment

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation’s hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel.
