*** POSITION SUMMARY
** Live the Steamboat Dream while working with the Food and Beverage operations! Bussers needed at the Cabin within the Steamboat Grand Hotel.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES
*** Provide personable and courteous interaction with guests
* Support wait staff as needed
* Clear and wipe clean all tables and chairs
* Reset tables with china, glass, and silverware
* Provide water at tables and refill
* Maintain cleanliness of dining room, floors, walls, windows and window sills
* Maintain cleanliness of bussing/wait station
* Buff and clean silverware after washing
* Brew coffee and tea as needed
* Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
* Other duties as assigned
** REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
*** 2 years of previous work history/education required
* Must have good organizational skills
* Must maintain a professional well-groomed appearance
* Adhere to all safety policies
* Knowledge of restaurant table service, preferred
* Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with SSRC’s Service Excellence standards
* Must have current Food Handler and Allergy training certificate, or must attend Food Handler and Aller-train certification courses for Alterra Mountain company within 14 days of employment

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation’s hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel.

The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
** Steamboat Springs area base hourly pay: $12.14 per hour plus tips
**** PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
*** Must be a minimum 16 years of age
* Must be on feet for extended periods of time; stand for long periods of time
* Lift approximately 30-50 lbs. on a regular basis
