The Steamboat retail team is looking for a strong leader to join our seasonal operations at our Steamboat Sports Sheraton location. This position will be directly responsible for managing the retail operations at our largest location alongside the Rental Manager for that location. • Responsible for management and supervision of SSRC's Sheraton retail location
• Administration of expense, labor, and revenue budgets, merchandising and inventory control to meet budgets.
• Responsible for staff management including training, scheduling, team building, coaching, evaluations and disciplinary action and staff administration tasks.
• Readily available "on the floor" to answer questions, motivate, and provide support necessary for staff.
• Identify, organize, and complete equipment or facility maintenance projects
• Understand and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work under stressful situations while maintaining good customer relations
• Communicate directly with clients and vendors regarding any issues and concerns that arise
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 2 years retail, garment or similar experience required
• Minimum 2 years guest service experience required
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required
• Minimum 1 year cash handling experience required
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, and Outlook
