Responsibilities:

• Weekly Expense Reports and Summary Reports
• Managing and Updating reports on Farms
• Ensure that reports are accurate
• Ensure that reports are completed within the specific time frames
• Ensure that files are neat and kept up to date
• Ensure safekeeping of information
• Correct Feed Deliveries on AFS system
• Ross Purchase Requisition s
• General Requisition s and Payments
• Reporting on Contract Grower results
• 20 Keys Administration
• Administer Incentive Payments
• Other general administration tasks may be required

Qualifications:

• Computer Literate
• Strong Excel Skills
• At least 3 years’ experience in an Administration role
• Fluent in English and 1 other Official language
• Must be a team player
• Attention to Detail and deadline driven
• Good communication and inter personal skills
• Must have own reliable transport
