We’re looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant / PA to support the Group CEO of a large, complex organisation.
This is a trusted, high-impact role for someone who is confident, polished, and comfortable operating at Board and Exco level. You’ll work closely with a driven CEO, helping to manage priorities, structure the day, and ensure the CEO’s office runs seamlessly.
The ideal candidate brings strong judgement, emotional intelligence, and a calm, professional approach — able to engage confidently, offer perspective when needed, and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum requirements:
- Significant experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive in a board-facing environment (essential)
- Highly organised, discreet, and proactive
- Professional, well-presented, and service-oriented
- Happy to be full-time, office-based (Can be based in JHB North or Stellenbosch)
