The brand has a loyal customer base and is planning for rapid global expansion over the next three to five years, through a robust omnichannel go‑to‑market strategy, both locally & abroad.
As the Brand & Marketing Designer, you will be the creative engine behind our visual storytelling across digital, print, packaging, and product experience. You’ll lead the design strategy and execution that elevates our e‑commerce presence, reinforces brand consistency, and enhances customer engagement across all touchpoints. This is a pivotal role where design meets strategy, and creativity drives commercial performance.
Roles and Responsibilities- Brand Creative Leadership
- Own and evolve the visual identity of the company across digital and physical channels.
- Conceptualise and execute creative campaigns that support product launches, seasonal moments, partnerships, and activations.
- Guide junior designers and/or freelancers, providing feedback and quality control.
- Regularly refresh the brand’s creative toolkit with new layout systems, treatments, and content pillars.
- Support the marketing and e‑commerce team with content ideas that convert while remaining brand aligned.
- Maintain and update our visual brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all consumer and trade‑facing materials.
- E‑Commerce Design & Optimisation
- Design intuitive, high‑converting UX/UI assets for the company website and mobile experience.
- Create product pages, landing pages, promotional banners, and digital merchandising tools that align with brand standards and e‑commerce best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the brand manager and digital marketing team to A/B test design elements and improve conversion rates.
- Marketing & Content Support
- Develop campaign identities, social media templates, emailers, and content graphics with a strong eye for storytelling and engagement.
- Design assets for paid media (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.) and work closely with the media paid team to ensure optimal creative performance.
- Support influencer, retail, and event activations with branded assets and packaging as needed.
- Packaging & Product Design
- Lead the design and evolution of the company's packaging, from concept through to final DTP and production.
- Work with suppliers and print partners to ensure quality and consistency across batches and regions.
- Concept & Mood Boarding
- Develop seasonal and campaign‑specific creative concepts that align with brand strategy and product priorities.
- Create mood boards, visual references, and creative treatments for brand campaigns, shoots, and packaging launches.
- Pitch concepts to internal stakeholders and guide vision from ideation to production.
- Art Direction & Campaign Execution
- Lead creative direction for all visual brand output, including still photography, video, motion, and social content.
- Collaborate with internal and external photographers, videographers, stylists, HMU artists, and creative teams to bring concepts to life.
- Direct and oversee photoshoots—both in‑studio and on‑location—including composition, lighting, product styling, model direction, and post‑production.
- Creative Production Management
- Lead pre‑production processes: casting, location scouting, shoot logistics, creative decks, and shot lists.
- Manage creative calendars and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining top‑tier creative standards.
- Own quality control for all campaign deliverables across print, digital, e‑commerce, retail, and social media.
