• Prepare and submit accurate fee information for approval, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements
• Support the Financial Manager with fee analysis, pricing reviews, and data modelling for new projects
• Assist with preparing data for annual fee increase modelling across various business units
• Review and maintain monthly dashboard data used for commissions, reporting, and decision-making
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of dashboards and financial data systems
• Manage and update non-financial data within the Pay@ system, maintaining a clear history of changes
• Collaborate with internal teams to address fee-related queries and coordinate timelines
• Support ad hoc duties as required to meet team objectives and deadlines

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in finance, data analysis, pricing, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and data management skills
• Strong time management and organisational abilities
