We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious finance professional who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and using smart tools to makefinance faster and better. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with senior leadership, gain real commercial exposure, and help shape how the finance function evolves.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
• Performingfinancial and variance analysis across entities and business units
• Monitoringprofitability, burn rate, and working capital performance
• Buildingdata-driven reports to support strategic decisions
• Improvingaccounting tools, dashboards, and reporting processes
• Identifyingautomation opportunities and efficiency gains
• Managingaccounts payable, payment runs, and debtor reporting
• Supportingcross-functional projects and ad hoc analysis

• Newly completed articles (CIMA/SAIPA/SAICA)
• Degree and or Postgrad in Finance
• Stronggrounding in financial and management accounting
• XERO Accounting and Advanced Excel skills (cloud accounting experience advantageous)
• Genuineinterest in automation, AI, and continuous improvement
• Clearcommunicator with a practical, solution-focused mindset
• Someone who takes ownership and enjoys working closely with decision-makers
• 18 days annual leave
