Lead the company’s financial strategy and operations, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, funding, compliance and long-term financial planning within a property development environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field – essential
- Minimum 5 years’ senior financial management experience
- Property development, manufacturing or retail experience – advantageous
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and compliance
- Proven cash flow management and financial planning experience
- Experience with property finance, project accounting or development funding – advantageous
- Strong banking, lender and funding relationship management experience
- Strong knowledge of South African financial regulations and tax
- CA(SA) or similar professional qualification – advantageous
- Strong financial modelling, analytical and commercial skills
- Proven leadership and strategic decision-making ability
