To provide exceptional bar service while ensuring the pool and surrounding leisure areas are maintained to the highest standards. The Bar Attendant supports guest satisfaction by delivering efficient beverage service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with poolside operations to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

• Matric or equivalent.
• Previous experience in bar service, hospitality, or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Pool maintenance or leisure facility experience advantageous.
• Liquor handling certificate beneficial.
• Lifeguard certification is an added advantage.
• Friendly, observant, reliable, and service-driven.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure the bar area is fully stocked, clean, and well-presented at all times.
• Take and process guest orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar counters, shelves, glassware, and equipment.
• Handle payments and follow correct cash-up procedures.
• Monitor guest consumption and act responsibly in line with liquor regulations.
• Assist with stock counts and reporting low stock levels.

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests.
• Engage with guests, answer questions about beverages, and make recommendations.
• Manage guest requests efficiently, both at the bar and around the pool area.

• Clean and maintain the pool, deck, loungers, umbrellas, and surrounding areas daily.
• Provide pool towels and assist guests with poolside requirements.
• Monitor water clarity, temperature, and chemical levels (where applicable) and report irregularities immediately.
• Uphold pool safety rules and ensure guest well-being in the leisure area.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues without delay.
• Support the setup and coordination of poolside service, including bar service to loungers.
