In this role, you’ll partner with clients and candidates across diverse sectors, from finance and engineering to climate‑tech and sustainability, to deliver strategic, high‑quality recruitment solutions that make a real difference. This is a 360° role.

• A bachelor's Degree is highly advantageous
• 1+ years’ experience in recruitment or a background in sales or consulting

• Manage 360° recruitment processes: client briefings, sourcing, interviews, placements
• Engage with mission‑driven clients to understand workforce needs and build talent strategies
• Identify and attract top‑tier candidates through strategic sourcing and engagement
• Provide consultative hiring advice, including salary benchmarks, market insights, and long‑term planning
• Build deep, trust‑based relationships with candidates and clients
• Collaborate internally to improve processes, share insights, and build sector knowledge
• Use tools (ATS/CRM, Linked In Recruiter, etc.) effectively to manage pipelines and workflows
