A well-established, South African family-owned group operating across the agricultural and logistics value chain is seeking an ambitious and driven Marketing & CSR Coordinator to join their team in Stellenbosch.
This role plays a key part in supporting the Marketing & CSR function with the planning, coordination and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across multiple brands within the group. The successful candidate will help ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to overall brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination and execution of direct marketing initiatives.
Assist with brand-building campaigns across various business units.
Contribute to promotional initiatives and innovative marketing campaigns.
Work within approved campaign budgets and assist with tracking and reporting.
Coordinate mailing distributions and manage campaign communication.
Assist with client registrations on internal platforms.
Distribute daily and monthly market reports.
Liaise with and brief external agencies, ensuring processes and timelines are adhered to.
Measure and report on brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
Manage promotional stock, branded clothing and conduct stock takes.
Organise internal and external wellness, team-building and staff events.
Provide general marketing and administrative support.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or a related field.
Project management, coordination or marketing experience will be advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
Good numerical ability with attention to detail, particularly around budgets.
Creative thinker with the ability to apply brand principles effectively.
Strong computer literacy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
Good understanding of new technologies and their application in marketing.
Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently when required.
Positive, energetic and a strong team player.
